### sec.22 Variation of special term
A special term of a site agreement may be varied at any time while the agreement is in force.
A variation of a special term of a site agreement is void unless it is written and signed by the parties to the agreement.
If a party to a site agreement (the first party ) proposes a variation of a special term of the agreement and the other party does not agree to the variation, the first party may, subject to section 116 , apply to the tribunal for an order under subsection (4) .
If a party applies under subsection (3) , the tribunal may make the order the tribunal considers appropriate about the proposed variation.
