### sec.135 Evidentiary aids
A certificate purporting to be signed by the chief executive and stating any of the following matters is evidence of the matter—
on a stated day, a stated person was given a stated notice under this Act;
a stated fee or other amount is payable by a stated person to someone else and has not been paid;
a matter within the control or knowledge of the chief executive and relevant to the proceeding.
A certificate signed by the chief executive and stating that a stated document is a copy of a financial or other record, contract or document is evidence of the matter.
