### sec.134 Appointments and authority
It is not necessary to prove—
the chief executive’s appointment; or
the authority of the chief executive to do anything under this Act.
Subsection (1) does not apply if reasonable notice is given to the party relying on the appointment or authority that the appointment or authority is to be challenged.
