### sec.71 Appearance of collector etc.
In all proceedings under this part the collector, deputy collector, every assistant collector, and any person authorised by the collector, deputy collector, or an assistant collector, is entitled to appear, to be heard, to give evidence, and to call, examine and cross-examine witnesses.
