### sec.70 Protection of collector The provisions of the Justices Act 1886 , part 10 relating to the protection of a justice with respect to any act done by the justice shall, with such modifications as are necessary, extend and apply to and with respect to acts done by the collector, or by the deputy collector, or an assistant collector, or any person authorised by the collector, deputy collector, or an assistant collector in pursuance of this Act.
