### sec.58 Service Any order or document that is required or permitted to be served on a person under this division may be served on that person— as if that order or document was a summons under the Justices Act 1886 ; or by sending a copy thereof to the person at his or her usual or last-known place of residence or business by registered post. - (a) as if that order or document was a summons under the Justices Act 1886 ; or - (b) by sending a copy thereof to the person at his or her usual or last-known place of residence or business by registered post.
