### sec.54 Compliance with attachment of earnings order
An attachment of earnings order made under this division shall have priority over any other order directed to the defendant’s employer with respect to any earnings payable or likely to become payable to the defendant, and the defendant’s employer shall, notwithstanding anything in any other Act or law contained, but subject to this division, comply with the attachment of earnings order.
