### sec.110 Husbands and wives competent and compellable witnesses A husband and a wife are competent and compellable witnesses in any proceedings under this Act, and any evidence given by a husband or a wife in those proceedings may be used in any court— in proceedings to which the husband and wife are parties and in which they are competent and compellable witnesses; and in proceedings for perjury committed in the course of giving that evidence. - (a) in proceedings to which the husband and wife are parties and in which they are competent and compellable witnesses; and - (b) in proceedings for perjury committed in the course of giving that evidence.
