### sec.42F Registrar must appoint conciliator
The registrar of a Magistrates Court in which an employment claim is filed must, as soon as practicable—
appoint a conciliator for the dispute; and
ensure the parties are notified of the name and contact details of the conciliator appointed for the dispute.
