### sec.42D Meaning of conciliation process
A conciliation process is a process of conciliation under which the parties to a dispute are helped and encouraged by a conciliator to resolve the dispute.
In subdivision 5 , a conciliation process includes all the steps involved in the process of conciliation, including, for example, each of the following—
telephone conferencing;
joint sessions;
private sessions.
