### sec.86 Censuring lottery agent
This section applies if the chief executive—
believes a ground exists to direct the termination of the agency agreement; but
does not believe the giving of a show cause notice to the lottery agent is warranted.
This section also applies if, after considering the accepted representations for the show cause notice, the chief executive—
still believes a ground exists to direct the termination of the agency agreement; but
does not believe termination of the agreement is warranted.
The chief executive may, by written notice given to the lottery agent, censure the agent for a matter relating to the ground for directing the termination of the agreement.
The notice must state the reason for the decision to censure the lottery agent.
The chief executive must promptly give a copy of the notice to the lottery operator.
