### sec.72 Notice of end of licensed employee’s employment
This section applies if—
a primary licensee ends the employment of a licensed employee; or
a licensed employee ends the employee’s employment with a primary licensee; or
a licensed employee otherwise ceases to be employed by a primary licensee.
Within 7 days after a licensed employee’s employment with a primary licensee ends, the primary licensee must notify the chief executive of the end of the employment by notice in the approved form.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.

(sec.72-ssec.1) This section applies if— a primary licensee ends the employment of a licensed employee; or a licensed employee ends the employee’s employment with a primary licensee; or a licensed employee otherwise ceases to be employed by a primary licensee.
