### sec.55 Conditions
The chief executive may issue a key person licence—
on conditions the chief executive considers necessary or desirable for the proper conduct of lotteries; and
on other conditions the chief executive considers necessary or desirable in the public interest.
If the chief executive decides to issue a key person licence on conditions, the chief executive must promptly—
give the applicant an information notice about the decision; and
give a copy of the notice to the relevant primary licensee.

(sec.55-ssec.1) The chief executive may issue a key person licence— on conditions the chief executive considers necessary or desirable for the proper conduct of lotteries; and on other conditions the chief executive considers necessary or desirable in the public interest.
(sec.55-ssec.2) If the chief executive decides to issue a key person licence on conditions, the chief executive must promptly— give the applicant an information notice about the decision; and give a copy of the notice to the relevant primary licensee.
