### sec.51 Decision on application
If the chief executive decides to grant an application for a key person licence, the chief executive must promptly—
issue a key person licence to the applicant; and
give written notice of the grant of the licence to the relevant primary licensee.
If the chief executive decides to refuse to grant an application for a key person licence, the chief executive must promptly—
give the applicant an information notice about the decision; and
give written notice of the decision to the relevant primary licensee.

(sec.51-ssec.1) If the chief executive decides to grant an application for a key person licence, the chief executive must promptly— issue a key person licence to the applicant; and give written notice of the grant of the licence to the relevant primary licensee.
(sec.51-ssec.2) If the chief executive decides to refuse to grant an application for a key person licence, the chief executive must promptly— give the applicant an information notice about the decision; and give written notice of the decision to the relevant primary licensee.
