### sec.30 Directions to rectify
This section applies if, after considering the accepted representations for the show cause notice, the Minister—
still believes a ground exists to suspend or cancel the primary licence; but
considers a matter relating to the ground for suspension or cancellation is capable of being rectified and that it is appropriate to give the primary licensee an opportunity to rectify the matter.
The Minister may, by written notice given to the primary licensee, direct the licensee to rectify the matter within the period stated in the notice.
The period stated must be reasonable, having regard to the nature of the matter to be rectified.

(sec.30-ssec.1) This section applies if, after considering the accepted representations for the show cause notice, the Minister— still believes a ground exists to suspend or cancel the primary licence; but considers a matter relating to the ground for suspension or cancellation is capable of being rectified and that it is appropriate to give the primary licensee an opportunity to rectify the matter.
(sec.30-ssec.2) The Minister may, by written notice given to the primary licensee, direct the licensee to rectify the matter within the period stated in the notice.

- (a) still believes a ground exists to suspend or cancel the primary licence; but
- (b) considers a matter relating to the ground for suspension or cancellation is capable of being rectified and that it is appropriate to give the primary licensee an opportunity to rectify the matter.
