### sec.237 Corporation’s exclusive rights
This section applies if the Minister issues a lottery licence to the corporation before issuing a lottery licence to another person.
The lottery licence may be issued as an exclusive licence for a specified term and on specified conditions.
The lottery licence may be issued on conditions about the exclusive right of the corporation to conduct certain gaming schemes or classes of gaming schemes.
