### sec.236 Definitions In this division— commencement day means the day on which the provision in which the term is used commences. corporation means the Golden Casket Lottery Corporation established under the repealed Act and, if before or on the commencement day that entity becomes a government owned corporation, includes the entity as a government owned corporation. repealed Act means the Lotteries Act 1994 .
