### sec.159 Entry with consent or warrant
Unless an inspector is authorised to enter a place under section 158 , an inspector may enter a place only if—
its occupier consents to the entry; or
the entry is authorised by a warrant.
- (a) its occupier consents to the entry; or
- (b) the entry is authorised by a warrant.
