### sec.158 Entry without consent or warrant
An inspector may, without the occupier’s consent or a warrant, enter—
a public place; or
a place where a lottery is being, or is about to be, conducted under a lottery operator’s licence; or
a place where a primary licensee or a lottery agent carries on business at any time when the place is open for carrying on business or otherwise open for entry; or
the land around premises to ask its occupier for consent to enter the premises.
