### sec.142 Impersonating certain persons
A person must not pretend to be a lottery agent, a key person licensee or a lottery official.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment.
A person must not connive at the commission of an offence against subsection (1) .
Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —200 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment.
