### sec.135 Advertising lotteries A person who advertises an approved lottery must take reasonable steps to ensure that the advertisement— is not indecent or offensive; and is based on fact; and is not false, deceptive or misleading in a material particular. - (a) is not indecent or offensive; and - (b) is based on fact; and - (c) is not false, deceptive or misleading in a material particular.
