### sec.117 Approval of ancillary lottery agreements A lottery operator may apply to the Minister for approval to enter into an ancillary lottery agreement. The Minister may give the approval if the Minister considers it appropriate or desirable in all the circumstances for the lottery operator to enter into the agreement. An approval must be in writing. s 117 amd 2007 No. 22 s 3 sch 1 (sec.117-ssec.1) A lottery operator may apply to the Minister for approval to enter into an ancillary lottery agreement.
