### sec.135 Associated entity to give notice of financial controller
As soon as practicable after an entity becomes an associated entity of a registered political party that endorses a candidate in an election or of a candidate in an election or a group of candidates for an election, the associated entity must give the electoral commission written notice of the name of the financial controller of the entity.
An associated entity of a registered political party that endorses a candidate in an election or of a candidate in an election or a group of candidates for an election must give the electoral commission written notice of any change to the name of the financial controller of the entity as soon as practicable after the change happens.

(sec.135-ssec.1) As soon as practicable after an entity becomes an associated entity of a registered political party that endorses a candidate in an election or of a candidate in an election or a group of candidates for an election, the associated entity must give the electoral commission written notice of the name of the financial controller of the entity.
