### sec.135 Associated entity to give notice of financial controller As soon as practicable after an entity becomes an associated entity of a registered political party that endorses a candidate in an election or of a candidate in an election or a group of candidates for an election, the associated entity must give the electoral commission written notice of the name of the financial controller of the entity.
