### sec.134 Noncompliance with part does not affect election A failure of a person to comply with a provision of this part for an election does not invalidate the election. Without limiting subsection (1) , if a candidate who is elected at an election fails to comply with a provision of this part for the election, the failure does not invalidate the election of the candidate. s 134 amd 2014 No. 44 s 91 (sec.134-ssec.1) A failure of a person to comply with a provision of this part for an election does not invalidate the election.
