### sec.127H Registration
This section applies if the electoral commission decides to approve the application.
As soon as practicable after making the decision, the electoral commission must—
enter the details about the third party stated in the application in the register of third parties kept for the election; and
give the third party written notice that the third party has been registered for the election.

(sec.127H-ssec.1) This section applies if the electoral commission decides to approve the application.
(sec.127H-ssec.2) As soon as practicable after making the decision, the electoral commission must— enter the details about the third party stated in the application in the register of third parties kept for the election; and give the third party written notice that the third party has been registered for the election.
