### sec.127E Register of third parties
The electoral commission must, for each election, keep a register of the third parties registered under this part for the election.
The register—
is called the register of third parties for the election for which the register is kept; and
must be kept up to date; and
may be kept in the way, and in the form, the electoral commission considers appropriate.

(sec.127E-ssec.1) The electoral commission must, for each election, keep a register of the third parties registered under this part for the election.
