### sec.101 Notice of results of poll to candidates
The electoral commission must give notice of the final result of the poll to each candidate as soon as practicable after—
all ballot papers used in the poll have been examined; and
all votes cast in the poll on ballot papers that appear to be formal have been counted.
- (a) all ballot papers used in the poll have been examined; and
