### sec.323 Model procedures apply until procedures adopted If, immediately before the commencement, a local government has not adopted the model procedures or other procedures under section 150G, on the commencement the local government is taken to have adopted the model procedures. Subsection (1) applies until the local government adopts the model procedures or other procedures under section 150G. s 323 ins 2018 No. 8 s 32 (sec.323-ssec.1) If, immediately before the commencement, a local government has not adopted the model procedures or other procedures under section 150G, on the commencement the local government is taken to have adopted the model procedures. (sec.323-ssec.2) Subsection (1) applies until the local government adopts the model procedures or other procedures under section 150G.
