### sec.314 Existing membership and entitlements The amendment of this Act by the Revenue and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2016 does not affect— the membership of a current member; or any entitlement the member accrued under this Act before the commencement. In this section— current member means a person who, immediately before the commencement, was a member of LGIAsuper. s 314 ins 2016 No. 64 s 36 (sec.314-ssec.1) The amendment of this Act by the Revenue and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2016 does not affect— the membership of a current member; or any entitlement the member accrued under this Act before the commencement.
