sec.313Change in name of board and scheme

### sec.313 Change in name of board and scheme To remove any doubt, it is declared that— the amendment of section 208 by the Revenue and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2016 has effect only to change the name of the board mentioned in the section and does not establish a new board; and the amendment of section 217 by the Revenue and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2016 has effect only to change the name of the superannuation scheme mentioned in the section and does not establish a new superannuation scheme.
