### sec.310 Existing remedial notice This section applies to a remedial notice— given under former section 138AA; and requiring an owner or occupier of a property to take action under the repealed Planning Act . The remedial notice continues to have effect as if the amending Act had not been enacted and the repealed Planning Act had not been repealed. s 310 ins 2016 No. 27 s 314 (sec.310-ssec.1) This section applies to a remedial notice— given under former section 138AA; and requiring an owner or occupier of a property to take action under the repealed Planning Act .
