### sec.309 Entry under existing application, permit or notice This section applies to an application, permit or notice— mentioned in former section 132; and made or given under the repealed Planning Act . Former section 132 continues to apply in relation to the application, permit or notice as if the amending Act had not been enacted and the repealed Planning Act had not been repealed. s 309 ins 2016 No. 27 s 314 (sec.309-ssec.1) This section applies to an application, permit or notice— mentioned in former section 132; and made or given under the repealed Planning Act .
