### sec.263 Validity of local government proceedings The proceedings of a local government or any of its committees, or the actions of a person acting as a councillor or member of a committee, are not invalid merely because of— vacancies in the membership of the local government or committee; or a defect or irregularity in the election or appointment of any councillor or committee member; or the disqualification of a councillor or committee member from acting as a councillor or committee member. - (a) vacancies in the membership of the local government or committee; or - (b) a defect or irregularity in the election or appointment of any councillor or committee member; or - (c) the disqualification of a councillor or committee member from acting as a councillor or committee member.
