### sec.236A Who is authorised to sign joint local government documents
The following persons may sign a document on behalf of a joint local government—
the chairperson of the joint local government;
a delegate of the joint local government;
a member of the joint local government, or a joint local government employee, who is authorised by the chairperson of the joint local government, in writing, to sign documents.
