### sec.204B Chief executive officer may obtain report from police commissioner
The chief executive officer may ask the police commissioner to give the chief executive officer the following information about an authorised person—
a written report about the person’s criminal history;
a brief description of the circumstances of a conviction mentioned in the person’s criminal history.
The police commissioner must comply with the request.
However, the duty imposed on the police commissioner applies only to information in the commissioner’s possession or to which the commissioner has access.

(sec.204B-ssec.1) The chief executive officer may ask the police commissioner to give the chief executive officer the following information about an authorised person— a written report about the person’s criminal history; a brief description of the circumstances of a conviction mentioned in the person’s criminal history.
(sec.204B-ssec.2) The police commissioner must comply with the request.
(sec.204B-ssec.3) However, the duty imposed on the police commissioner applies only to information in the commissioner’s possession or to which the commissioner has access.
