### sec.204A Authorised persons must disclose change in criminal history
This section applies if there is a change in the criminal history of an authorised person (including acquiring a criminal history, for example).
The authorised person must, as soon as practicable after the change, disclose to the chief executive officer the details of the change, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
