### sec.150EJ Who is a close associate of a councillor A person is a close associate of a councillor if the person is any of the following in relation to the councillor— a spouse; a parent, child or sibling; a partner in a partnership; an employer, other than a government entity; an entity, other than a government entity, for which the councillor is an executive officer or board member; an entity in which the councillor or a person mentioned in any of paragraphs (a) to (e) for the councillor has an interest, other than an interest of less than 5% in an entity that is a listed corporation under the Corporations Act , section 9 .
