### sec.150DN Appointment of president, deputy president and casual members The Governor in Council may appoint— a person to be the president of the conduct tribunal; and a person to be the deputy president of the conduct tribunal; and the number of persons the Governor in Council considers appropriate to be casual members of the conduct tribunal. The president, deputy president and members of the conduct tribunal are appointed under this Act and not the Public Sector Act 2022 . The Minister may recommend the appointment of a person as a member of the conduct tribunal only if the person is qualified under section 150DO to be a member. s 150DN ins 2018 No. 8 s 12 amd 2023 No. 30 s 78 (sec.150DN-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may appoint— a person to be the president of the conduct tribunal; and a person to be the deputy president of the conduct tribunal; and the number of persons the Governor in Council considers appropriate to be casual members of the conduct tribunal.
