### sec.150AK Copy of application must be given to councillor As soon as practicable after making the application, the assessor must give a copy of the application to the councillor. The assessor must make all reasonable attempts to give the copy of the application to the councillor, including, for example, by giving the copy to the local government to give to the councillor. s 150AK ins 2018 No. 8 s 12 amd 2023 No. 30 s 60 (sec.150AK-ssec.1) As soon as practicable after making the application, the assessor must give a copy of the application to the councillor.
