### sec.8 Obligation to conduct business at detached bottle shop if no review
This section applies if—
a licensee applies to the commissioner for approval under section 60 (1) (d) of the Act to sell liquor on premises; and
the commissioner grants the approval; and
no application is made for a review of the commissioner’s decision to grant the approval.
The licensee must start to conduct business under the approval within 60 days after the last day on which an application for a review of the commissioner’s decision to grant the approval may be made.
If the licensee fails to comply with subsection (2) , the approval lapses at the end of 60 days after the last day on which an application for a review of the commissioner’s decision to grant the approval may be made.
