### sec.3F Exempt class— Act , s 173EE For section 173EE of the Act , definition exempt class , the following classes of licence are prescribed— a commercial special facility licence if the principal activity of the business conducted under the licence is— a casino; or a convention centre; a subsidiary on-premises licence (meals); a subsidiary on-premises licence if the principal activity of the business conducted under the licence is the provision of accommodation; a community club licence. s 3F ins 2014 SL No. 318 s 4 amd 2019 SL No. 235 s 3 - (a) a commercial special facility licence if the principal activity of the business conducted under the licence is— (i) a casino; or (ii) a convention centre; - (i) a casino; or - (ii) a convention centre; - (b) a subsidiary on-premises licence (meals); - (c) a subsidiary on-premises licence if the principal activity of the business conducted under the licence is the provision of accommodation; - (d) a community club licence. - (i) a casino; or - (ii) a convention centre;
