### sec.38AB Prescription of particular substances and maximum amounts— Act , s 14AB
For section 14AB (2) (b) (i) of the Act , spirituous cooking essence is prescribed.
For section 14AB (2) (b) (iii) of the Act , the following maximum amounts are prescribed for spirituous cooking essence—
if the essence is vanilla essence—100mL;
otherwise—50mL.

(sec.38AB-ssec.1) For section 14AB (2) (b) (i) of the Act , spirituous cooking essence is prescribed.
(sec.38AB-ssec.2) For section 14AB (2) (b) (iii) of the Act , the following maximum amounts are prescribed for spirituous cooking essence— if the essence is vanilla essence—100mL; otherwise—50mL.
- (a) if the essence is vanilla essence—100mL;
- (b) otherwise—50mL.
