### sec.38 Approved training course— Act , s 4 , definition approved training course For section 4 of the Act , definition approved training course , the prescribed course is the course called ‘Provide responsible service of alcohol’— that is a unit of competency or module of a VET course under the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 (Cwlth) ; and for which a VET statement of attainment under that Act is given for satisfying the requirements of the unit or module. s 38 prev s 38 om 2010 SL No. 189 s 117 pres s 38 ins 2013 SL No. 120 s 13 - (a) that is a unit of competency or module of a VET course under the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 (Cwlth) ; and - (b) for which a VET statement of attainment under that Act is given for satisfying the requirements of the unit or module.
