### sec.36I Reassessment of licence fee by commissioner A reassessment of a licence fee for a licence for a licence period— may be conducted by the commissioner on the commissioner’s own initiative; or must be conducted by the commissioner if the licensee for the licence applies to the commissioner for a reassessment of the fee. s 36I ins 2008 SL No. 418 s 22 amd 2012 SL No. 248 ss 18 – 19 - (a) may be conducted by the commissioner on the commissioner’s own initiative; or - (b) must be conducted by the commissioner if the licensee for the licence applies to the commissioner for a reassessment of the fee.
