### sec.36G Prescribed information about a self-assessment to be given to commissioner— Act , s 202 (2) (a) For section 202 (2) (a) of the Act , a licensee must give the commissioner a completed self-assessment form. In this section— self-assessment form means a form, available from the department, showing a licensee’s calculations for the licensee’s self-assessment of the licence fee for the licence for a licence period. s 36G ins 2008 SL No. 418 s 22 amd 2012 SL No. 248 s 18 (sec.36G-ssec.1) For section 202 (2) (a) of the Act , a licensee must give the commissioner a completed self-assessment form. (sec.36G-ssec.2) In this section— self-assessment form means a form, available from the department, showing a licensee’s calculations for the licensee’s self-assessment of the licence fee for the licence for a licence period.
