### sec.13 Decision by commissioner for application under s 12 If the commissioner approves the application under section 12 , the approval is subject to conditions specified by the commissioner in the approval. If the commissioner refuses the application, the commissioner must as soon as practicable give the applicant written notice of the refusal. The written notice must comply with the tribunal Act , section 157 (2) . s 13 amd 2009 Act No. 24 s 635 ; 2012 SL No. 248 s 18 (sec.13-ssec.1) If the commissioner approves the application under section 12 , the approval is subject to conditions specified by the commissioner in the approval. (sec.13-ssec.2) If the commissioner refuses the application, the commissioner must as soon as practicable give the applicant written notice of the refusal. (sec.13-ssec.3) The written notice must comply with the tribunal Act , section 157 (2) .
