### sec.83C Restrictions on grant of nightclub licence
The commissioner may grant a nightclub licence only if the commissioner is satisfied the licensed premises have toilet facilities for male and female patrons of the business to be conducted under the licence on the licensed premises.
The commissioner must not grant a nightclub licence to a person for a vehicle the commissioner reasonably considers is, or is to be, used primarily to transport persons by road between licensed premises.
