### sec.83B Authority of nightclub licence
A nightclub licence authorises the licensee to sell liquor on the licensed premises during ordinary trading hours or approved extended trading hours—
for consumption on the premises; and
if stated in the licence—for consumption off the licensed premises, subject to section 83D .
The authority under subsection (1) is subject to this Act and the conditions stated in a particular licence.

(sec.83B-ssec.1) A nightclub licence authorises the licensee to sell liquor on the licensed premises during ordinary trading hours or approved extended trading hours— for consumption on the premises; and if stated in the licence—for consumption off the licensed premises, subject to section 83D .
