### sec.69 Authority of subsidiary off-premises licence
A subsidiary off-premises licence authorises the licensee, during the times stated in the licence, to sell liquor on the licensed premises, for consumption off the premises, if the amount of each sale is not more than—
if the commissioner stated an amount in the licence—the amount stated by the commissioner; or
in any other case—2L.
The authority under subsection (1) is subject to this Act and the conditions stated in the particular licence.

(sec.69-ssec.1) A subsidiary off-premises licence authorises the licensee, during the times stated in the licence, to sell liquor on the licensed premises, for consumption off the premises, if the amount of each sale is not more than— if the commissioner stated an amount in the licence—the amount stated by the commissioner; or in any other case—2L.
(sec.69-ssec.2) The authority under subsection (1) is subject to this Act and the conditions stated in the particular licence.
