### sec.68 Principal activity of a business under a subsidiary off-premises licence
The principal activity of a business conducted under a subsidiary off-premises licence is the provision of an activity, matter or service to which the sale of liquor for consumption off the licensed premises is a subsidiary aspect.
The authority under a subsidiary off-premises licence to sell or supply liquor does not apply unless a business is conducted on the licensed premises with the principal activity as mentioned in subsection (1) .

(sec.68-ssec.1) The principal activity of a business conducted under a subsidiary off-premises licence is the provision of an activity, matter or service to which the sale of liquor for consumption off the licensed premises is a subsidiary aspect.
(sec.68-ssec.2) The authority under a subsidiary off-premises licence to sell or supply liquor does not apply unless a business is conducted on the licensed premises with the principal activity as mentioned in subsection (1) .
